General Information

Fares include:
Accommodation as chosen, service and entertainment on board ship and port taxes.

Not Included:
Meals (choice of 4 restaurants), Wines, Spirits etc., personal expenditures.

Passport

All passengers must be in possession of a valid passport including children. Minimum of 3 months validity must be remaining on passport for travel outside of The UK to Spain.

NON-BRITISH CITIZENS MUST CHECK WITH THE SPANISH EMBASSY THAT THEIR PASSPORT IS VALID IN SPAIN WITHOUT A VISA AND SHOULD HAVE A VALID VISA FOR RE ENTRY INTO THE UK.

Cruise World or Brittany Ferries will not accept liability, nor make any refunds, should clients be unable to travel through failure to obtain valid passports/visas.

Insurance

• £14.00 PER ADULT
• £9.00 PER CHILD - Infant to 15 years of age. 
• For passengers 65 to 75 years of age the rate is £22 per person. 

Please be advised that it is compulsory to have travel insurance.  E111 from post office is not travel insurance.  For passengers over 75 years of age please telephone 08700 662724 quoting Master Policy Number TI0010 and Master Policy Holder Cruise World.   If obtaining own insurance please advise Name of Insurance Company and policy details on back of booking form (this information is mandatory). IMPORTANT:  Any ongoing medical conditions must be declared, failure to do so could render the policy void.

Car Parking

For ease of boarding / disembarkation onboard car parking is available on the Pont Aven at £29.00 for duration of each cruise. THIS IS FOR PARKING ONLY and must be booked at the same time as your reservation.  Cars will not be allowed to disembark in Spain.  Whilst in port you will be able to store extra luggage in your car.   Remember, you can now enjoy duty paid purchases per person, including large allowances of beers, wines and spirits, which are heavy to carry, but an ideal time to purchase when your car is onboard.  It is advisable to check with your insurance company that your car is protected whilst parked on the  mv Pont-Aven.

Car parking facilities are available at Portsmouth (approx £12.00 per night and payable only at car park)

Reservations

Complete the booking form and return with full payment to Cruise World.  Cheques are made payable to Cruise World.  Credit cards Visa or Mastercard have a 1 .9% charge.  Debit Cards eg: Delta/Maestro/Solo/Electron have a zero charge.
