May I repeat the thank you I gave to yourself and Keith  very late on Jan 1st. We really did have a most enjoyable time. I hope that your journey to Albrighton was less eventful than ours to Burnley. Starting from Portsmouth in bright sunshine and ending in 4 inches of snow.

Most enjoyable trip, Christmas day weather just perfect, quite rocky on Saturday into Sunday, thank goodness no falls.  Sorry we did not see you, hope the journey back to the office and return to Portsmouth was not too hazadous!  Am making enquiries re any details available for the current year regarding prices and any changes to the itinery - although it suits us just fine.

Thanks once again for a brilliant new year cruise to Santander is was great trip plenty of enjoyment. We are looking forward to the next cruise.

But I have a small problem which you might be able to assist, on leaving the ship and when I arrived home I realised I left a new pair of shoes under the bottom bunk, could you inform me any way I could get in touch with the shipping company and try to retrieve these shoes, if not it will be tough luck never mind.

First all I would like to say thank you to cruise world to make my dream come true! I know its sound so cheesy but it is true I loved every second on the ferry it was the best time of my and Steve life. I was so impressed with everything and plus meet you and Pam so friendly with us make us feel so welcome.  By the way do you have any job going as I loved it so much I would not mind work in the cruise hehe...

We definitely come back this year and I recommend to all my friends they keep asking me to shut up. I can't stop talking about the cruise ... the cabin, the food, the views, the staff, the shops - all my God I loved it!!! Hope we can meet up again!

Happy New Year

I just wanted to take the time to let you know that we enjoyed our Xmas cruise. The food was fresh and all the staff were wonderful. This year there were even more activities for the children as well as face painting to keep them busy.

I have to say that my son Talie never played with his Gameboy whilst on board, as he was too busy being with his friends. He was happy to catch up with old friends from last year. On Christmas morning we had Santa visit and give out presents for all the children which is wonderful to watch and much appreciated. (So we really don't need TV's, internet, mobiles, which is lovely) I was also pleased that you didn't have sky news on.

I would also like to say a special thank you for the entertainment staff on board who were brilliant. And thanks for those who organise this trip.

A good two months after our trip, I wanted to say how very much we enjoyed the Pont d'Aven 4 day cruise to Santander. We would love to go again this year, so when you start your marketing exercise, please do let us know so that we can perhaps book a superior cabin!
